his paypal reversed. he has been in contact with me and has made payments to me and others who were affected by the reversal. HAS PAID BACK THE FULL AMOUNT TO ME. the -1 remains simply because of a chargeback risk he represents.

After a long an exhaustive fiasco of this guy selling bitcoins on ebay, the buyers on ebay charging back, and paypal reversing MY transaction to cover for the ebay buyers' chargeback, Matthew_ has finally paid off his debt with me by sending the equivalent of $56.70 worth of bitcoins to me. HOWEVER, he still has other outstanding debts.

I sold him a $300 MP for, originally, 52 BTC. He tried to change the amount of BTC after we had agreed and I had given the MP code. After I agreed to .5 btc less, he sent 1.5 BTC less than THAT (50 btc). He hasn't responded yet as to the missing coins.
